Hantu Rumah Mayat mengisahkan empat sahabat iaitu Kumat, Mael, Razie Rashid dan Rokiah yang terperangkap dalam bilik mayat pada waktu malam selepas menziarah jenazah rakan mereka.
Mereka ingin menggunakan masa terakhir ini untuk menatap wajah arwah sebelum dikebumikan. Sewaktu terperangkap, pelbagai dugaan dan kejadian aneh berlaku dalam bilik mayat itu.
Ditambah pula dengan ego masing-masing yang sangat tinggi, mereka diganggu pelbagai jenis hantu. Namun mereka berjaya menepis semua usikan ini.
Tegar 11th. adalah sosok seorang pengamen cilik jalanan dari Subang - Jawabarat. Sejak usia 4 tahun Tegar mulai melakukan profesi sebagai "Pengamen" dari Stasiun Cikampek sampai perempatan lampu merah kopo (Pintu tol Cikampek). Hal ini Tegar lakukan karena kondisi ekonomi keluarganya yang serba kekurangan, selain itu faktor perpisahan antara ayah & ibunya menjadikan Tegar semakin kuat untuk menjalani kehidupan di jalanan dengan mencari uang jajan sambil "ngamen". Kepiawaian nya dalam memainkan okulele dia pelajari secara autodidak, bakat seni ini di warisi dari kedua orang tuannya yang berprofesi same dengan Tegar. Ketika dalam kandungan Tegar selalu diajak oleh ibunya mencari nafkah dengan mengamen dikereta Api, dari stasiun ke stasiun.
